First you log in to an employees computer as an administrator user then install the TurboMeeting client and schedule a remote access meeting. Name the "computer" field the same as the employee name and then start the scheduled meeting. Click on the "tools" and check "hide this meeting" and then log out from the computer.



Once you have taken these steps, you can monitor, record and control the employees computers activity from anywhere at any time. If you want to show proof to an employee that you know they have been surfing the Internet when they should be working, you can record their computers activity and save it to a file on your computer. Many employees who are caught doing other things besides work will demand proof.
